Power. It’s the driving force behind growth, change and evolution.
Whether it’s resetting old family dynamics, changing workplace culture, creating artworks of beauty, or advocating for a healthful planet, most of us are working towards a better world.
Sometimes, the change we seek can feel “beyond our power”. Especially when we confront the grand challenges, perplexities and stubborn inertia of this world.
At these times, it’s important we consider power - where we locate it, how we relate to it and who we share it with.
Here are some prompts to explore how you understand and relate to power.
Quick list
1.Make a list of 15 things that make you feel powerful.
2. When you’re done, read back and highlight your top five.
3. What do you notice about your selections?
